Characteristics of D-type reciprocating piston compressor

The D-type compressor is a two column symmetrical balanced type, with cylinders located on both sides of the compressor crankcase. It has a mature structural form, with a balanced force on the crankshaft, low vibration intensity, and low energy consumption. The 2D2.5, 2D3.5, 2D5, 2D6.5, 2D8, 2D10, 2D12, 2D16, 2D20, 2D25, and 2D32 series compressors produced by the company have been serialized and scaled up. The product has stable performance and reliable use. It can quickly provide various specifications of products through modular combination design according to user requirements.

According to the characteristics and requirements of the user's compressed medium, the lubrication method of the cylinder can be: oil-free lubrication, low oil lubrication, or oil injection lubrication. The installation method can be fixed or pry mounted.

In addition to general industrial gases such as oxygen and nitrogen, compressor media also include flammable and explosive gases such as hydrogen, natural gas, coal gas, as well as toxic and corrosive special gases. In order to ensure safe and reliable operation, the product has adopted a series of advanced technical measures in terms of structure, material, explosion-proof, leak proof, and self-control protection, and has been designed and configured accordingly.  

Soft start/variable frequency start can be selected according to customer requirements. The compressor unit adopts advanced PLC control system+touch screen operation, which facilitates data collection, archiving, and operation monitoring, achieving continuous unmanned operation.
