Daily maintenance of 780 standard oxygen compressor

Our company delivered two sets of 780 standard cubic meter oxygen compressors to Jiangxi Jinyi Company in mid May 2018. After installation and calibration by the engineering company, our company successfully started the commissioning work on June 12, 2018, and sent oxygen into the combustion copper smelting system. After oxygen supply, it provides users with sufficient gas oxygen, saving production costs compared to using liquid oxygen before.

Due to the full order volume of Jinyi Company, the continuous demand for oxygen in production cannot be interrupted. I have always wanted to maintain the oxygen compressor equipment, but there is really no idle stage. Since its commissioning in June 2018, the two sets of oxygen compressors have been running continuously for nearly 11 months. During this period, the two sets of oxygen compressors have been running stably, and all technical parameters are better than the design values. This is also one of the reasons why customers are not so eager to do daily maintenance. The principle of using dynamic equipment is "three parts use, seven parts maintenance". After communication and exchange between our technical engineers and Jinyi Company, it has been decided to perform daily maintenance on two sets of oxygen compressors in batches.

Both parties have decided to carry out routine maintenance on two sets of oxygen compressors by the end of May. Our company has dispatched technical engineers to the site to perform maintenance on the two sets of oxygen compressors. During this period, our company's technical engineers communicated with the equipment maintenance personnel of Jinyi Company, imparting professional knowledge on the start-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of oxygen compressors to them.
