Product features of adsorption dryer: The micro heat regeneration adsorption dryer is a highly efficient and low gas consuming device designed by adding a regeneration heater on the basis of non heat regeneration drying. The principle of high-pressure adsorption and low-pressure micro heating desorption is adopted. When one adsorption tower (working tower) adsorbs water under high pressure, the other adsorption tower (regeneration tower) heats and desorbs under low pressure. The dry air from the working tower is about 6-10% for purification and regeneration of the regeneration tower, and then switches according to the process time cycle program set by the microcomputer.
The adsorption dryer utilizes advanced chemical technology, which works by using gas purification specific molecular sieves to filter out saturated water vapor in compressed air based on the difference in moisture and air molecule volume. Water molecules can be easily adsorbed into the molecular sieve particles, and then regenerated to reduce the molecular sieve. The dew point of the compressed air can easily reach -40 ℃.
Adsorption dryer achieves drying effect through "pressure change" (pressure swing adsorption principle). Due to the inverse relationship between the ability of air to contain water vapor and pressure, a portion of the dried air (called regenerated gas) is depressurized and expanded to atmospheric pressure. This pressure change makes the expanded air drier, and then it flows through the desiccant layer that has not been connected to the airflow and needs to be regenerated (i.e. the drying tower that has already absorbed enough water vapor). The dried regenerated gas sucks out the moisture in the desiccant and takes it out of the dryer to achieve dehumidification. Two tower cycle operation, no heat source required, continuously providing dry compressed air to the user's gas system.
